Over the last 20 years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our company’s capabilities. With a strong foundation in geology and extensive experience managing complex field operations, he has consistently bridged the gap between scientific rigor and practical execution. From early-stage site assessments to large-scale project delivery, Shane has demonstrated an ability to navigate uncertainty, align multidisciplinary teams, and deliver quality results efficiently.
