Wallace Group was pleased to attend the Groundbreaking ceremony for The Simpson Community. This project is the largest permanently affordable and sustainable homeownership community in the City of Bend. We are very proud to be working alongside all of these amazing partners on this project!
This development will consist of 40 single family homes with net-zero energy standards constructed by RootedHomes, and 59 rental apartments by Housing Works. Homes will be in the $200,000 range as opposed to the medium home cost of $800,000s in Bend currently.
